The designer brings her French and Swiss heritage to the sophisticated prints and embellishments. She also studied fashion at my alma mater Parsons School of Design. A lot of work has been put into the technology and sustainability of the fabrics, being quick dry and often made with eco-friendly upcycled materials.
Cover-ups were focused on beautifully printed sheer fabrics that gave the models a lot of movement as they walked. The attitude on this catwalk was clearly playful. There was one female model who echoed the sentiment of the women in the audience in her feigned faint at the sight of the first piece of male eye candy all week. I wish there were more men's shows in South Beach. They need fashion too!
