Hyden Yoo presented their menswear and women's collection in romantic vignettes wednesday at the Hudson Hotel Library. The story behind their Fall 2012 collection was that of the unattainable woman, and the men who yearn for her.
Don't feel sorry for the men though, for he has the confidence and style to woo her. The sexy setting of the hotel let you feel like you were walking into some intrigue a la Gossip Girl, or an underground hideaway. The clothes themselves were luxurious, sharp sportswear for the men and women to complement each other.
Deep fushia, black and cobalt blue dominated the ladies where black, grey and cream dominated the men's palette. Tops and dresses looked softly draped, while jackets and pants were tailored more sharply. Men had longer length jackets along with knits that fit slim to the body.
